	Payment Methods We accept easy and convenient payments through paypal! Use your paypal account, credit card, or electronic check. You do NOT need to have or create a paypal account to place an order. How to Order Use our paypal shopping cart! Simply use the "add to cart" buttons to select your order and follow paypal's instructions to fast, easy payments. Order Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will be notified promptly if your item(s) are backordered and provided with an estimated ship date. Shipping Shipping is usually via UPS ground and takes an average of 5 business days to arrive. Please allow 1-3 days to process your order before it ships. Free domestic ground shipping on purchases over $100! Rush Orders Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost, please call 970-484-2623 between 10-6PM MST Monday - Saturday to arrange. Returns Returns of unworn, new in package merchandise with original invoice will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Please include clear instructions with your return of whether you would like a refund or exchange and what item(s) you would like to exchange for. Backorders If your desired item(s) are backordered you will be emailed a notice and estimated ship date with your order confirmation. You will receive another email notice when your backorder ships to you. Please Note: We strongly encourage professional fittings for pointe shoes to ensure a proper and SAFE fit! Please only order shoes online if you have been fit in that particular brand and model by a professional fitter.
