Unworn merchandise, in original condition with tags attached, original sales receipt, and within 30 days of purchase date, may be returned for a full refund in the original tender, exchange, or store credit. We must allow two weeks from purchase date for transactions paid with a check to give a cash refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued.

Merchandise that appears worn or laundered will not be accepted for return. Clearance merchandise and opened/worn tights are always a final sale.

Special orders for items not regularly stocked, with a retail value greater than $100, will require a 50% deposit at time of order. If the customer determines they do not want the special order, the 50% deposit will be issued to them in the form of a store credit for future purchases.

In the event Prima Bodywear is temporarily out of stock on a regularly stocked shoe we will order up to three pairs of shoes for a customer to try, with no shipping costs and NO OBLIGATION to purchase.
